Meet Our Team!

Feeling disconnected in an increasingly distracted world? Not prioritizing your mental well-being? Tranquil Trails can help.

Hi! I'm Lily

Lily VanDyk

Hi, I am Lily, Clinical Director of Tranquil Trails. With over 10 years as an established PA licensed therapist, I began this second home away from home for those transitioning into adulthood. Nestled in the heart of Oakland, and just a hop away from the nearest bus stop on 5th Ave, we aim to provide accessible care to students from the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, as well as the community of medical professionals working at local hospitals. We aim to provide individualized and tailored treatment to assist in a number of issues facing today’s youth, whether that's Gen Z or Millenial; including the uncertainty of the job market, feelings of loneliness, chronic stress and burnout, lack of meaningful connections, social anxiety, depression, or those just looking to navigate the complexities of life.  We have one mission, to help and give space for you to grow and achieve a foundation that will not only help your present-self, but that will build on your innate resilience and solidify a path forward.

Hi! I'm Amber

I’m here to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where everyone is welcome. Whether you’re an adult or youth, I’m here to support you through life transitions, exploring gender identity, and navigating LGBTQIA+ experiences. I also work with neurodiverse individuals and can help with setting boundaries in relationships and dating.
