Hi! I'm Lily

Hi, I am Lily, Owner and Clinical Supervisor at Tranquil Trails. With over 10 years as an established PA licensed therapist, I established this second home away from home for those transitioning into adulthood. Nestled in the heart of Oakland, and just a hop away from the nearest bus stop on 5th Ave, we aim to provide accessible care to students from the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, as well as the community of medical professionals studying at UPMC. We aim to provide indivdualized, tailored treatment to assist in a number of issues facing today’s youth; including the uncertainty of the job market, feelings of loneliness, chronic stress and burnout, lack of meaningful connections or those just looking to navigate the complexities of life. We have on mission, and that is to make life feel more light again, and get you back feeling confident of navigating the ebbs and flows of life.
